Ecosign crafted a comprehensive Master Plan for Mont SUTTON ski area, encompassing detailed assessments and innovative designs for ski facilities, a vibrant resort village, and year-round recreational offerings, including enhancements for beginner skiers and engaging children’s activities.
Mont SUTTON is a ski area in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. Ecosign was retained by the ownership group of Mont SUTTON ski area to complete a Master Plan for the future development of the resort. The first phase of Ecosign’s work included an inventory and analysis of the existing resort facilities and a Technical Assessment of the development potential of the terrain within the study area.
In Phase Two we prepared both Mountain and Village Concepts that included a Master Plan for the Ski area, Resort Village, Real Estate Master Plan and Four-Season Recreation Plan. Work is ongoing as Mont Sutton looks to renovate the ski area with a new lift and beginner zone, including children’s activities for summer and winter.
