Green Mountain - Brush Creek Ranch USA

In 2000, Ecosign was retained to conduct a Ski Area Analysis of Grand Encampment Mountain Resort’s Green Mountain. A total of 620 acres were studied, with a base area proposed at 8,640 feet above sea level, and offering 1,500 feet of vertical drop for skiing from the peak of Green Mountain.

Ground work for the project began in July 2019 and opened in December 2019 with six one-mile long trails, four yurts, and three surface lifts. The area now operates as a private ski area for the Brush Creek Ranch.
