The Valle Nevado Ski Resort is located in the Andes Mountains approximately 100 kilometers east of Santiago Chile at an elevation of 3,025 meters. Valle Nevado offers access to the largest skiable domain in South America, nearly 6,400 hectares.
In 2005 Ecosign completed a detailed Resort Area Master Plan which consisted of phased improvements to the mountain facilities and a new proposed village site.
The purpose of the Valle Nevado Village concept is to create a social and commercial center for the Valle Nevado Resort that provides recreational opportunities and commercial space servicing guests and skiers in the winter season, as well as the summer season. The village plan includes a recreational facilities building and a conference hotel to attract business in the shoulder
seasons.
