The Lee Canyon: Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort facilities are located in the Spring Mountain Range in the Humboldt-Toiyabe Nation Forest. The resort is approximately 47 miles northwest of the city of Las Vegas. The winter activities are focused on skiing and snowboarding and the area offers limited skier services. Summer activities include hiking, camping, concerts and festivals.

Ecosign prepared a phased Mountain Development Plan in 2011. At the completion of the proposed Phase 2 development, the ski area will be able
to comfortably support 4,210 skiers on a total of 171 acres of ski trails. Base area development plans included the development of new parking lots and daylodge development. Since environmental stewardship is of the highest priority, all facilities and activities, both summer and winter, will be located, constructed and undertaken in an environmentally sensitive manner.
