Raissun Investment opened the first phase of the resort in December of 2015 which includes a ski area with a capacity of 4,800 skiers at one time, a 2-section, 8-passenger gondola, high speed detachable chairlifts, and a comprehensive beginner ski center with 9 moving carpet lifts, terrain park, snow tubing and family adventure zone. The village consists of a variety of public 3, 4 and 5 Star Hotels and a mix of public and private residential units. Ecosign advised on all aspects of construction of the of the resort since construction commenced in 2012.
