In the 2012 Phase 2 Master Plan, Ecosign prepared such four season recreation amenities as an 18 hole golf course and practice facility, a snow tubing concept and both summer and winter recreation plans.
The summer recreation plan includes locations for the golf course, Alpine Coaster, ZipRider & Ziptrek, Kid’s Activity Zone, Aquatic Center and Spa, Euro Bungee trampoline, Disc Golf, MCC Action Carts, Mountain Biking trails, Monkido Tree Top Adventure, Paragliding, Equestrian Centre, rock climbing wall, fishing, RV camping, tennis and basketball courts, an amphitheatre for mountain music festivals, Alpine hiking trails and mini golf.
