The proposed Myler Mountain Resort study area is situated within a one hour drive from the City of Yerevan, Armenia.
In the summer of 2018, Ecosign conducted a Golden Analysis Feasibility Study of the entire country of Armenia, with the mandate of identifying potential development sites which would be suitable for the development of a regional destination or national level mountain resort. The study concluded that there were at least 5 suitable sites.
Yeghipatrush Resort is a new “Greenfield” project which focuses on development of alpine skiing facilities in the winter season and a variety of recreation and sightseeing activities during the winter, spring, summer and fall seasons. The mountain resort includes a system of lifts, ski trails and skiways, other winter and summer sport/recreational mountain structures and ski service buildings on the mountains, such as mountain restaurant. The base area developments include multi-use village buildings, accommodation development, pedestrian streets, trails and plazas, green areas, internal roads and surface parking areas, access road, winter, summer and four-season sport/ recreational facilities.
