The client envisioned a luxurious four-season resort with ski-in/ski-out accommodations, surrounding a pedestrian-friendly village, catering to high-end Brazilian and Argentine markets. Ecosign’s evaluation confirmed the site's suitability for sustainable development, emphasizing its excellent elevation, terrain, and snow retention. Two concepts were proposed, featuring advanced lift systems, pistes, and real estate zones. Ecosign’s expertise underscores Rio Villegas’ potential as a premier resort, offering world-class alpine skiing and year-round recreation opportunities.
