In 2007, Ecosign prepared a Master Plan for a seaside golf resort located on the Black Sea near Odessa, Ukraine (population 1 million), working with Graham Cooke and Associates Inc. to assist with the planning and detailed design of the championship golf course.
The focus of the Master Plan was to create a premier seaside golf resort destination in the Ukraine with facilities that would be attractive to regional and international guests. The Master Plan Design included resort amenities such as a five-star hotel conference centre and spa; a yacht club and marina; 27 holes of championship golf; a golf teaching facility; a private clubhouse lodge; a soccer training facility; a sport and tennis centre; a boutique commercial village; public beach and waterfront access; multi-use recreational trails; and various forms of public and private real estate development.
