Steamboat Resort, Colorado
The City of Steamboat Springs has an Urban Renewal Authority for the lands surrounding the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and the various property owners are actively pursuing redevelopment plans. Intrawest has retained Ecosign to prepare an integrated master plan for the ski base to ensure that opportunities to improve skier and pedestrian access are optimized as these redevelopment plans go forward. Ecosign's master plan will include the redevelopment of Intrawest's land holdings at the base to provide all the necessary skier service and transportation facilities to accommodate the anticipated growth of the resort.
