Competitive Events

Ecosign has completed numerous Master Plans for mountain resorts that hosted major competitive and sporting events worldwide, including:

  Olympic Winter Games
Ecosign’s work includes design of the Master Plans for Mount Allan (Nakiska) and Canada Olympic Park, Alberta, the site of the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics, and Snowbasin, Utah, site of the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympic Downhill and Super G events and the Nordic Venue for the Vancouver - Whistler 2010 Olympic Winter Games.  Ecosign is currently working on plans for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games.
World Alpine Skiing Championships
Ecosign has designed venues for Sierra Nevada, Spain - the site of the 1996 World Alpine Championships, and redesigned the world-famous Kandahar Downhill course at St. Anton, Austria for the 2001 World Championships.

Ecosign also prepared a Master Plan for the Beida Lake Resort in China to host the 2007 Asian Winter Games.
